This week we have been learning all about mental health and how we need to keep our brain healthy and happy. We have been taking "brain breaks" to help our brain slow down and keep us calm. We enjoyed the yoga activities and flew in a hot air balloon and on a magic carpet! We also did some mindfulness colouring and created some bookmarks by colouring in some tricky designs very carefully. We listened to the story "Ruby's Worry" and know that we can help our mental health by talking about things we may be worried about, as the worry shrinks until it disappears. Our class story vote books also helped promote our wellbeing and good mental health.
